Crowdfunding is officially over! We cannot thank each and every one of you enough for investing in our team and project. Because of your support we will be able to complete our research this summer and send every member of our team to Boston for the experience of a lifetime. We can't believe week 1 of crowdfunding is already in the bag! The upwelling of support from all of you has been amazing, and we can't thank you enough for donating to our project.
This last week has seen exciting progress -- metabolic engineering is making daily leaps and our erythritol purification system is already in its second prototype phase. Software and bioreactor teams are also coming along and we will have our first constructed bioreactor ready to show you soon!
We are already at 35% of our goal, but we still have a long way to go if we want to get everyone to Boston. Please consider sharing our page and spreading the word about our project.
